Kano State Football Association Chairman and Board Member of the Nigerian Football Federation, Alhaji Sharu Inuwa Rabiu Ahlan is furious at how some club owners/chairmen influence results of matches in favour of their teams especially if they're playing at home.

The multi award-winning football administrator made this known during a live phone interview with Aminci Radio 103.9 Kano.

The Galadima of Kwallon Kafar Nigeria has angrily said that they would not allow anybody to destroy what they have been building for years.

"We will report any club head found wanting to relevant authorities so they can pay for the consequences of their actions.

"We might involve the EFCC because we want to reduce refereeing errors to the barest minimum," Ahlan added.

According to the seasoned administrator, Football has remained the only uniting factor that binds the unity of this country and he and his members will do everything possible to ensure sanity in the round leather game as far as Nigeria is a concern.

It could be recalled that some match officials that officiated during the Week 14 of the Nigeria Professional Football League were suspended by the league's body due to their poor and unprofessional handling of the matches they were assigned to.

"I want to call on those officials to know that this is not business as usual. They must be at their very best to assign for matches. Ahlan concluded.
