I don't have scores to settle with anybody because I'm Ahlan _ NFF Chieftain, Sharif Rabiu Inuwa Responding To False Allegations Against Him By Certain Online Newspaper 'BSN'

Nigeria Football Federation's Chieftain as  well as the country's head of Referees Appointment Committee, Alhaji Dr. Sharif Rabiu Inuwa Ahlan has debunked the rumours trending is some social media platforms that 'He and Gusau are planning to disrupt the upcoming NANPF election. Alhaji Sharu described the publication by the online newspaper, 'BSNsports' as false and a calculated attempt to tarnish his hard earned image.


In a 30 minutes exclusive chat with www.tangasports247.Blogspot.com. The soon to be turbaned 'Sardauna of Tofa' has said that he doesn't have anything to do with the NANPF election and he believes that everyone  has the right to contest if he/she meets the criteria.


"Look Tangalashi, I don't know anything about the said report and what I want to say is, those behind it are nothing but a bunch of mischief makers.

"I don't know why People with little information can form strong opinions and take unwarranted retaliatory action due to their expulsion from the clan. This has made them resort to spreading false information, Ahlan continued.


The Business tycoon said that he is not going to be part of any plan to  deny anyone from exercising his/her civic right.


"Every candidate has equal right to contest for any election in the federation besides, it was an election that brought us to head the football federation of this country so who am I to deny someone of his political and civic right?


When quizzed upon hearing the 'maligned' report and the fact that some seemingly intact people can harbour paranoid fears at the core. In order to defend themselves, they act against others.

"The writer might have deemed it necessary to blame someone for secondary gain, attention, fame, money or even importance.

"Maybe those behind it are intouch with reality and they are retaliating against imaginary transgressions.


"Let me tell him plainly that Ahlan has nothing personal against anybody and my top priority at the moment is to help in developing the round leather game in Kano, my constituency and the nation at large.

"There are serious issues  that need better attention at the moment than this fiction.


"I want to advice him that  his personal integrity and that of his company should always come first than whatever someone pays him to manufacture stories that aren't correct and to protect his integrity, he must get rid of the selfishness in him" Ahlan concluded.
