Chairman of the Nigeria Football Federation Referees Appointed Committee, Alhaji Sharu Rabiu Inuwa Ahlan has described late Prince Elube as an honest, trustworthy, extraordinary as well as a man of virtue.
The Kano State Football Association Chairman expressed his shock upon hearing the huge loss and pray for the deceased.
"I'm really saddened to hear the death of Prince Elube. He was an extraordinary and honest man.
"There are many in the Federation who will mourn deeply his passing as his life of service, love, compassion and excellence.
"May he rest in peace, Ahlan continued.
The late Prince Elube was a member of Nigeria Football Federation Referees Appointed Committee and Ahlan, as the chairman of that committee took time to conveyed the committee's condolences.
"On behalf of the Nigeria Football Federation Referees Appointed Committee, let me pass our deepest condolences on passing of our member.
"To say late prince was a larger than life character would be an understatement. He will always be remembered as a great member, verified by his many awards", Ahlan concluded.
Late Prince Elube died Yesterday evening aged 56.
May his soul rest in peace.
